Kids Room Ideas: Creating a Safari Theme Bedroom

A safari theme bedroom is an idea that you can pull together quickly and easily without purchasing a lot of specialty pieces. Follow these directions to create a room that your kids will enjoy, that won't cost you a fortune.

Step 1 for creating a safari theme bedroom: Paint the walls of the room light blue. Pick a color that is reminiscent of the sky that is not too bright. The color should be soft and calming.

Step 2 for creating a safari theme bedroom: Draw very large, simple leaves on the wall, the leaves should cover the lower 1/3 to ½ of the bedroom wall.
