Killer Confesses Amanda Knox & Raffaele Sollecito Were Not There when Meredith was Murdered; AK5

Evidence Showing Innocence of Knox & Sollecito is Further Supported by Confession

March 5, 2010; Viterbo, Italy. A convict's shocking confession has ignited a wildfire in the Perugia murder case of British student Meredith Kercher that may consume past false evidence and lies. Three persons were convicted for the 2007 murder. The latest two, American Amanda Knox, 22, and her Italian ex-boyfriend, Raeffaele Sollecito, 25, were convicted on December 4, 2009. The first, Rudy Guédé, was convicted, on October 28 2008. Guédé's confession is responsible for the sudden change.

There is nothing like the intimacy of a jail- in this case, Viterbo Jail- and the confidence of a cellmate for a good old-fashioned confession. It's happened many times. What a criminal won't tell the police, he will tell a man of like kind- in this case, the condemned murderer of Tommaso Onofri, Mario Alessi.

Guédé told Alessi that Amanda Knox and Raeffaele Sollecito were not with him at the address of 7 Via Pergola, in Pergugia, where Meredith Kercher was murdered on the night of November 1, 2007. He told Alessi that someone else was with him who is not yet known to the prosecution. "There was I but I was not alone- I was with a person who has never been touched by the investigation," said Guédé.

The Italian news media reported this confession on Friday. According to la Repubblica, Alessi wrote several letters to Sollecito's lawyers, Giulia Bongiorno and Luca Maori, telling them what Rudy Guédé had admitted to him. The lawyers later videotaped Alessi's testimony and surrendered it to the prosecutor's office in Perugia. A lawyer for Guédé, Valter Biscotti, claims he is unaware of Guédé's confessed information. "My client has never mentioned this aspect of the story," said Biscotti.

Some of the Italian news media are calling Guédé's confession a new version of the murder story. Yet, after his 2007 arrest in Germany, Guédé had stated even then that another man was there at 7 Via Pergola on the night of Meredith Kercher's murder. It was only later that he began to say the man was Sollecito. And then he added Knox into his tale. His confession to Alessi that someone other than Knox and Sollecito was there jives with his original story- and with the evidence showing Knox's and Sollecito's innocence.

The information contained in Guédé's confession is not news to those who have had the benefit of observing untainted evidence and who know the story of Amanda Knox and Raeffaele Sollecito in its unadulterated form- unclouded by the delusions propagated by the persecuting Chief Prosecutor Giuliano Mignini. However, those who have believed Knox and Sollecito to be guilty may undergo a paradigm shift. If so, their change of heart will be welcome.

It is tragic that Kercher's parents lost their beloved daughter to a brutal murder. But it would also be tragic and senseless for Knox's parents to lose their beloved daughter to an Italian jail when she is innocent. If the roles were reversed- Knox murdered rather than Kercher- would not the Kerchers vigorously fight for the innocence of their daughter? True justice for Meredith Kercher does not need to exact years of jail from two innocents, Knox and Sollecito. If justice is what everyone wants, then justice has been done. Rudy Guédé has been convicted of the Perugia murder of Meredith Kercher. His DNA was throughout the crime scene and inside her body.

But does justice need more than Rudy Guédé's conviction and prison sentence?

Leading up to Kercher's murder, Guédé was caught breaking and entering- in one instance even smashing a window, as in the Perugia murder- and wielding a knife. His last theft was at a Milan school on October 27, 2007. The owner, Maria Antoinette Salvadori del Prato, reported 2,000 Euros and a digital camera as missing. Three weeks later, she arrived early at the school with a locksmith and found Guédé there. She called the police, who came and questioned Guédé- they found a stolen laptop, the digital camera, and a ten-inch kitchen knife in his backpack. Yet, Guédé was not charged and arrested. Instead, the police escorted him to Milano Centrale railway station and put him on a train back to Perugia.

Just one week after Guédé's banishment to Perugia, Meredith Kercher was murdered. It was the beginning of the long weekend of All Saints Day. Guédé broke into the Perugia cottage shared by Kercher and seven housemates. The four Italian guys and two Italian girls were away. American Amanda Knox was staying the night in Sollecito's apartment. That left Meredith Kercher to come home after an evening with friends to a lonely cottage. She arrived at 8:55pm. According to police testimony, she called her mother at 8:56pm. The call was interrupted. Kercher was dead by 9:30pm, possibly 9:50. At 10:00pm, Guédé used her UK cell phone to call her UK bank but he used the wrong area code.

Rudy Hermann Guédé was sentenced to thirty years in prison for the murder and sexual assault of Meredith Kercher but his sentence has been commuted to sixteen years. Are sixteen years of jail time for the man that evidence proves killed Meredith Kercher enough justice? In sixteen years, who will be next? Guédé's criminal record includes the carrying of firearms.

Knox did NOT falsely accuse Lumumba. Police accused him & insisted to Knox they had proof. They harshly interrogated her until she made confused statements of imagined visions of herself & Lumumba present at the crime. She reaffirmed her innocence afterward but couldn't help Lumumba. All she knew was she was innocent. Cops said they had proof against Lumumba. Even if she knew they were lying, it wouldn't have mattered. They wouldn't believe anything she said.

Do you believe Amanda Knox is guilty? If your only sources are tabloid headlines and one or two websites that post hateful propaganda, you'll want to hang her. But when I looked past the accusations with an open mind at her side of the story, I cried and wanted to hug her. I challenge you to look at both sides before you make up your mind.
Proof of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt? Not even close.

According to 427 page "motivation" document, the murder wasn't premeditated. With this theory, the judges needed a reason for Raffaele's kitchen knife to somehow make it over to Meredith's cottage so it could be used in the murder. The report states that Raffaele most likely suggested to Amanda that she should carry the knife in her purse for protection. How many women carry large bulky kitchen knives around in their purse for protection?
How about these safety suggestions? Do these sound reasonable?

    1. Always walk in groups.
    2. Avoid walking in secluded areas after dark.
    3. Carry pepper spray.
    4. Take a self defense course.
    5. Carry large kitchen knife in purse.

Really? That's honestly how the knife made it's way over to the cottage? I think it sounds ridiculous. How about you?

Use some common sense and look at the real Amanda Knox vs. the myths and nonsense put out by the Italian authorities. They had no real evidence against her, so they slandered and vilified her in the press to create an atmosphere and assumption of guilt before the trial even started. Ignore the lies and look at the facts and you'll see the evidence for a conviction just doesn't exist.
At least be honest and look at her side of the story before you decide:

Comment boards like this one are often filled with misinformation and outright lies. Please take some personal time, and look at the actual facts of this case. If you do, I am confident that you will come to the same conclusion that I have. Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito have been wrongly convicted. A horrible injustice has occurred in Perugia Italy.

Meredith Kercher had her life stolen from her. Meredith and her family deserve justice. Imprisoning two innocent people will bring no peace and, certainly, no justice for Meredith Kercher.

There is no credible evidence linking Amanda Knox or Raffaele Sollecito to this crime. Meredith Kercher's death was an act of extreme violence. Evidence of this crime was quickly spread throughout the crime scene. There is no credible evidence that puts Amanda Knox or Raffaele Sollecito in the room at the time of the murder.

There is not one fingerprint, not one footprint, not one shoe print, not one hair, not one fiber, no sweat, no saliva, no blood, and no DNA of any kind that puts Amanda Knox or Raffaele Sollecito in the room at the time of the murder.

Why? The answer is very clear. There was no evidence putting Amanda Knox and Raffaele sollecito in the room at the time of the murder because they were NOT there.

Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito have been wrongly convicted. Please look past the distraction of the media frenzy. Please take the time and discover the truth today. Please visit: http://www.injusticeinperugia.org

Why side track from the REAL issues?

Do you think knox still hears the screams?

  • Tony Man3/12/2010

Why would I believe a word of that in accurate blog when the truth is in the evidence.. You lie. Shame on you!

  • Tony Man3/11/2010

you neglect to mention that Alessi kidnapped and murdered an 18 month old child with a shovel.

Guede does not have a criminal record for carry weapons, in fact before this conviction he had no criminal record at all.

The is a plenty of strong evidence to say Knox was part of this horrific murder. She lied and lied her way thru the court case adn now she has you lying for her. shameful!
Solliceto will not support her claim she was with him all night. DNA evidence says she used the murder weapon. Fact is, she was tried an convicted of murder and well you know it!
