Kim Kardashian 2010: A Year in Review

2010 was a big year for Kim Kardashian. From her professional adventures to her private life, Kim had one amazing year.

Television
Kim kept busy with her show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians. She made guest appearances on Donald Trump's The Apprentice and on the MTV VMA's.

Financial Ventures
The Kardashian Kard was released, but later pulled after controversy over card charges. The Kardashian girls claimed they had no idea the excessive charges existed, and pulled the card immediately when they found out.

Book
"Kardashian Confidential" was released in November of 2010. The book is a joint autobiography all about the girls' upbringing and secrets to success.

Modeling
Kim went nude for two different modeling shoots in 2010: one for Harper's Bazaar, and the other for W Magazine. She also created her own swimsuit calendar.

Fashion and Retail
In the clothing world, Kim and sisters released a line from Bebe in spring of 2010. The three also announced the development of a new line, K-Dash, which began selling on QVC in September of 2010. Kim's perfume, Kim Kardashian, came out in February. The sisters also began a jewelry line for Virgins, Angels and Saints. The jewelry line is 20 pieces, and was released in March. In the summer, the sisters created a self-tanner called "Kardashian Glamour Tan" through Sephora.

Music
Kim began working on her first music album in 2010. She shot her first music video for the lead single of the album in December.

Charity
Kim stepped out with Cyndi Lauper in 2010 to support the Give a Damn Campaign. The Give a Damn campaign raises awareness of discrimination against the GLBT community and encourages straight individuals to stand up in favor of rights for the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered community. It's part of Lauper's True Colors Fund.

Personal Life
Kim stayed busy in the dating arena as well. While she and long-time boyfriend Reggie Bush broke up in March, she quickly moved on. She dated Miles Austin, football player for the Dallas Cowboys, from August until September 2010. In November, Kim began dating Halle Berry's ex Gabriel Aubry, but by December they had called it quits. Kim has already found a new man to ring in 2011 with in Kris Humphries.

Honors
Kim was made into a wax figurine by the famous Madame Tussauds museum in New York.

Shame
Kim was named one of PETA's five worst people or organizations for the welfare of animals in 2010. The organization has repeatedly called Kim out for wearing fur and leather.
