Kim Kardashian Cries Wolf Over Nude Spread; Charlie Sheen Suspends Playing Havoc (Links)

Kim Kardashian is upset (again) over the nude photo shoot she did for W magazine in which all her assets were to be covered up by strategically placed signs and other objects. The issue was released in October, 2010, but it wasn't until last night on 'Kourtney & Kim Take New York' that Kim really let her feelings out about being taken advantage of.

"Oh my God, I'm more naked than I was in Playboy," Kim said to her sister on Sunday night's episode. She continued with, "I'm so mad right now. [W] promised I would be covered with artwork. You can see nipple. The whole concept was sold to me that nothing would be seen".

It seems Kim has a pattern here after posing nude for a magazine. She decides that after tossing the clothes and doing the poses, and after the magazine has gone public that she no longer is confident about her decision to do so in the first place.

Remember after the Playboy spread Kim said she was embarrassed and partly blamed her mom Kris Jenner for egging her on to do the spread.

Well, Kim cried wolf again last night on the episode of the two sisters in New York. Just moments after declaring "I've definitely learned my lesson. I'm never taking my clothes off again, even if it's for Vogue," Kim had a change of heart (gasp!)

Kim decided with a little coaxing from mother Kris that she was indeed "helping women" by taking her clothes off, and that statement about never posing nude again? Well, forget Kim's previous alarmist mode when she decides (only jokingly, of course) she might change her mind if Vogue does call.

When will Kim learn that she can only be a victim for so long? Her credibility, if there ever was any, is gone.

Also in the news is Charlie Sheen whose decision to enter rehab after months of partying, drinking, using drugs, and going through porn stars like candy is surely a welcome relief to his family and closest friends.

Sheen has decided to take a break from the pillage and damage he's brought on himself and has entered an undisclosed rehab center.

Dr. Drew Pinsky of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew spoke with People about Sheen's recovery and stated the seriousness of Sheen's situation.

About Sheen, Pinsky said, "This is somebody with some character [and] logical flaws that make him like to be a bad boy, but ... [he] has a life-threatening illness."

"Let's all be hopeful he's going in the right direction," says Pinsky. "Charlie's been in recovery before. He's actually been an active recovering person, so he knows what it is."

Pinsky also said that Sheen shouldn't go back to work too quickly, stating "It's like any form of rehabilitation. Whether you are rehabilitating from an ankle injury or pneumonia, you've got to take the time and you've got to get out of the environments that impact adversely on the recovery process - whether it's a limb, an organ or the brain."
