Kim Kardashian, a veteran sex tape star, is dating Rihanna's former boyfriend, Chris Brown; Paris Hilton, one of the original celebrity sex tape stars, pled guilty today to cocaine possession; former Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon had sexy pictures of her soon to be released sex tape, which is said to include whips and chains and handcuffs, published on the internet today.

As the summer of the celebrity sex tape officially turns to fall, there appears to be no slowing of news involving sex tape stars both past and present.

Kim Kardashian always seems to be making news with her romances. Late last year and early this year, Kardashian, who starred in a sex tape with Brandy's brother Ray-J a few years ago, appeared headed for wedded bliss with New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush.

In fact, it was reported early this year that if the Saints won the Super Bowl, Bush planned to propose marriage to Kardashian. The Saints won but for whatever reason no engagement was announced and the couple broke up a short while later.

In the subsequent months, Kardashian was involved in rumors that would safely be described as 'bizzare', as there were signs of serious flirtations between herself and Justin Bieber. Given the fact that Bieber is only 16 years old, no actual romance could be consummated, but the two were seen in very flirtatious situations.

Now, website Mediatakeout is reporting that the two have engaged in very steamy text message sessions and that Kardashian has always had a 'crush' on Chris. Time will tell how far their relationship goes, but the upcoming publicity is bound to be enormous.

Paris Hilton, in many ways the godmother of celebrity sex tapes, is dealing with her latest legal problems by pleading guilty today to a misdemeanor charge for cocaine possession, evidently in a plea bargain to stay out of prison. Hilton was warned by the Las Vegas judge to change her lifestyle going forward and sentenced her to a year of unsupervised probation and a drug abuse program, in addition to a fine and 200 hours of community service.

While Kardashian and Hilton both made their names in a large part through sex tapes, Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon is said to be making a lot of money, along with her boyfriend Sam Jones, on the upcoming release of her sex tape by Vivid Video.

Vivid Video CEO Steve Hirsch is clearly excited about the release, saying: "We are excited to finally distribute this amazing DVD.
