Surprise, Surprise....Kim Kardashian Announces Split from Kris Humphries
Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are officially divorcing, according to the latest reports. The reality star and basketball player are apparently sooo over it, even though they were wed a mere ten weeks ago. That's just 72 days, people, just 1,728 hours. And many of those hours were spent apart, which helped to fuel rumors of problems in the young marriage for several weeks now.
Kim Kardashian Files For Divorce From Kris Humphries
Even before the so-called fairytale August wedding finally aired on E! in October, there were unconfirmed reports that Kim Kardashian was headed for divorce. The E! personality herself admits she got "caught up" in the whilrwind wedding prep, and perhaps failed to consider, oh, you know, the man she was going to marry was completely wrong for her! (OK, she didn't admit that last part.)
The pair had been engaged for just three months before tying the knot in a lavish, multi-million dollar affair thrown and filmed by the E! television network, however even this short engagement outlasted their marriage! In fact, the E! footage of the Kim Kardashian wedding aired just weeks ago, and it leaves viewers to wonder if waiting to split for this long was a matter of trying to work it out, or trying to make it look real. Only Kim and Kris know for sure.

They haven't even left the honeymoon stage. I don't know what the cause of the divorce was, but it was selfishness on one or both of their parts. I've seen him. It's possible he didn't feel comfortable with his life constantly in front of cameras.
