Kinetic Military Action? Are You KIdding Me?

So we are not engaged in war in Libya. We are involved in "Kinetic military action" as defined by these prevaricating, game playing progressives on Pennsylvania. Ave, Capital Hill and in the dens of journalistic integrity otherwise known as mainstream media. Nice. How many times have I discussed this incessant attempt of the left to redefine terms in order to make their ugly seem more palatable? Kinetic military action? Are you kidding me? Progressive's can rename war anything they want but it's still killing people and breaking things.

This is becoming surreal. Nothing is real. Nothing had the same meaning it had yesterday. Since the smartest and most nuanced person ever showed up things get more and more screwy by the day. For the record, I am not in favor of the no fly zone which is, as I heard said yesterday, becoming a "no move zone."

How is attacking Libyan tanks some form of enforcing a no FLY zone? Do tanks fly? Perhaps if we actually consider the Sturmovik IL-II or the A-10 a "flying tank," but other than that, tanks don't fly, so what gives with attacking ground targets that are clearly not Libyan regime air assets? Isn't this nothing more than Obama using the no fly zone as an excuse for regime change? Or at the least a hope of continued unrest that will keep driving up oil prices? As I said the other day, if I hated oil and atomic power I'd be in Heaven about now.

What happened to the left being so against regime change? They weren't for it at all when it was George W. but now they're good with it. No worries though...it's not regime change you fools...it's "kinetic military action!" Yeah, and rape is just "consensual sex by only one of the two parties." My stealing my neighbor's money isn't theft...it's "redistribution of wealth." So does this mean were one to knock a radical's teeth down their throat, well that's not assault or violence...it's merely a providing free dental realignment for them so that in future they can get a teeth cleaning by visiting a proctologist! Sounds reasonable to me.

On the other hand maybe all this re-terming of things is needed because to call things what they really are and have traditionally been would expose him and his administration for the usurpation many suspected it would be. It's as if the truth were reported and vetted as has been done with other presidential hopefuls this guy wouldn't have been able to be elected head of the janitor's union. I swear if I ever hear this idiot compared to Ronald Reagan again I will go ballistic! Ronald Reagan flushed things every morning that were more noble, more honest and probably more intelligent than this fool. Kinetic military action my ass!

Then again on the positive side maybe "kinetic military action" will make it into next years update of the OED. That sounds about right to me.
