On May 23, 2007 the Kiowa Casino opened its doors to the general public. More than 1,000 residents of Southern Oklahoma and North Texas welcomed the casino, filling nearly every seat in the house.

On opening day, the Kiowa Casino brought in real Las Vegas show girls, Playboy Playmate Jillian Grace, and Elvis impersonators. With a full house, the Kiowa Casino also launched fireworks at nightfall. Thousands of dollars in raffles took place opening day.

Located in Devol, Oklahoma, just minutes away from the Texas border, the Kiowa Casino is the second Native American tribe-owned casino to open up just off Interstate 44. The Kiowa tribe celebrates a rich history, migrating from British Columbia to South Dakota and southward to the present-day Texoma area. The beautiful Kiowa tribe logo is painted above the main gaming area.

The poker room features more than a dozen tables, offering poker games such as Texas Hold 'Em, Omaha, 7 Card Stud and more. Currently, the Kiowa Casino is requiring a $5 rake every 30 minutes.

Tables games include blackjack, Spanish 21, and three-card poker. Currently, patrons can game at about 20 tables.

The Kiowa Casino also offers free game lessons on a weekly basis. Patrons can learn a variety of poker and table games.
