Kiss Kiss was the second single released from Chris Brown's second album called Exclusive. This song is produced by T-Pain and he is also in this song. This highly successful song reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 charts and was included on the list of best songs of 2007. This song has been certified as triple Platinum by the RIAA after it became number one on October 30. There have been different versions of this song made for the radio, as the beginning sounds like a real snippet from a local radio station. This piece, which says they are live and taking calls, have been cut when playing on the radio.

The video for this song premiered on August 30, 2007 on BET's 106 & Park. It was shot on the Florida International University campus in Miami. This was voted as the best R&B song of 2007 according to MTV. This video also reached as high as number six on the video countdown on VHI. During the video, Brown plays two characters - a nerd and a jock, both of which are vying for the attention of a pretty girl. The jock continues to pester and bully the nerd. At the end of the video, the girl decides to leave with the nerd, leaving the jock with a puzzled look on his face.

Because of lackluster chart performances by his first single, Kiss Kiss was released in early September and the album release date was bumped back. The song was an instant hit, debuting at spot twenty-two with no digital download assistance. This spot then jumped to the number two song in the nation, right behind Soulja Boy. The following week, it reached number one, becoming the first chart topper for Chris Brown and T-Pain. It lasted three weeks at number one. This song, became his second highest downloaded song behind Run It! This song also made it up to spot number two for the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Charts and third on the Pop 100.

In the United Kingdom, this song debuted at number 40. It was able to creep up a couple spots and make it as high as thirty-eighth. The song was then re-released due to the success of his following songs, in which it only made it up to thirty-nine. This song reached as high as nineteen on the Irish Singles Chart after debuting at number forty-seven. This was the fifth time his song had reached the top twenty in this chart. Other performances include reaching as high as eighth on the Australian Singles Chart, sixth on the Canadian Hot 100, first on the New Zealand Singles Chart, fifty-eighth on the Swedish Singles Chart, and sixty-ninth on the Swiss Singles Chart.
