Gene, Paul, Ace, Eric, Peter...the men who created the phenomenon known as KISS. If you are an ultimate KISS fan like I am, then this DVD collection is for you.

KISS's Kissology Vol. 2 the Ultimate KISS collection from 1978-1991 contains a total of four DVD's full of amazing live entertainment.

Disc one gives you "Land of Hype and Glory" an excerpt from January 10, 1978, KISS's 1979 movie entitled "Attack of the Phantoms", and an excerpt from October 31, 1979 episode of The Tomorrow Show with Tom Snyder.

"Attack of the Phantoms" is a KISS original movie starring the masked men of rock and roll as super heroes with unique super powers which are used to help unravel the horrifying mysteries of an amusement park. This movie is full of fun and cheesy effects.

The Tomorrow Show with Tom Snyder is a wonderful interview with this amazing band telling of fun behind the scenes facts, band information, and more. It also features the known quiet Ace Frehley expressing his fun loving personality quite loudly.

Disc two gives you a front row seat to the 1980 music video "Shandi", an interview with Peter Criss on CNN in September 24, 1980, an excerpt from "Countdown", as well as "Rockpop" is included. A documentary on this second disc from November 1980 as KISS "Invades Australia" and performs in Sydney. You can also catch the rare January 15, 1982 performance on "Friday's" and TopPop" in November 1982.

Disc three hosts the June 18, 1983 concert at Macarana Stadium in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. This disc also includes the first ever televised unmasking of KISS on an MTV special in September of 1983. The October 1983 concert at Cascais Hall in Lisbon, Portugal, the December 1987 concert at The Spectrum in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the October 1990 performance in Detroit, Michigan at The Palace of Auburn Hills are going to entertain and thrill you for hours!

Stick around after the credits, you will get to see a personal video taken by Eric Carr from his hospital bed, showing his enthusiasm to return to the band, and letting us see a last look at this wonderful, talented man.

The last disc is a bonus disc that presents the Dynasty Tour from Largo, Maryland in 1979 straight from Capital Center.

The DVD set also includes your own memorabilia Magic Mountain Amusement Park ticket to admit one to KISS and the Phantom of the Park.

This DVD set is the second chapter of the ongoing KISSology set that gives you over six hours of rare, live concerts and television appearances from all over the world.

In conclusion, this truly the most ultimate KISS collectors set that will keep you in awe and can be obtained for only $20 at your local Wal-Mart. So go grab it now and enter the world of KISS!

Much agreed - I highly recommend getting this for both KISS fans for Christmas, and using it to entice people into enjoying this cultural phenomenon who might not have yet had the pleasure of experiencing the band yet. The entire set for $50 would be a great way to introduce someone to KISS.
