I am a computer guru, network consultant and a computer enthusiast. I subscribe to a number of different newsletters, articles, web forums, etc. Each day I come across a number of articles that I think would interest other users as much as they kept my interest. Here are a few that I found interesting today, I hope that you found them equally interesting.

With the emergence of Windows 7 I think that most would agree that this Operating System is a huge improvement over the instability of Windows Vista. The people that I have talked to commented on how they really like the stability of Windows 7 combined with the speed of the operating system. They are also impressed with being able to use 64-bit CPU's and the ability of using more than four Gigs of RAM. However, that does not say that there are not issues to be aware of in regards to Windows 7. To learn more about the "Five Windows 7 Issues Every IT Pro Needs to Know", read the article.

Google and Apple are in battle for domination in areas such as Smart Phone OS's, Web Browsers, and Tablet Technology not to mention seven others. Both companies were in alliance against Microsoft and even though the tops CEO's from both companies are saying they is no bad blood between them the fight for domination is still moving forward. Thanks to Don Reisinger for the story "Mobile and Wireless: 10 Google vs. Apple Battles to Watch"

Microsoft and Verizon announce both the KIN one and KIN two smart phones will go on sale tomorrow, with sales soon to be available in the Verizon stores. Paul Thurrott's article; "KIN Phones to Launch Tomorrow, Pricing Revealed" breaks the story. The above story has a link that will give you a nice preview of the phones.

Are you a business traveler on the go with no time to go out and investigate which iPhone apps will help you the most, or give you that productivity edge that you are looking for with your iPhone? Well thanks to Scott Steinberg, you can read his article; "Best iPhone Business Apps" and take advantage of his research and recommendations.

Are you like me, wanting an iPad but not wanting to spend that much money on the device? Alternatively, do you want something similar but not quite ready for the size of the iPad? If so, you will be happy to know that there are nine alternatives to the iPad, and Aaron Vargisi outlines the benefits of each in his article; "9 iPad Alternatives Worth Checking Out"

I hope that you find these articles worthwhile and full of the information that you are looking for to expand your knowledge on what is happening in the computer world today.

I plan on spot lighting several good articles daily that might be of interest. If you would like me to include articles on a particular subject, please let me know as I subscribe to a number of different feeds and I would love to help you find information that you are looking for on a regular basis.
