There are various brands of rechargeable batteries available at department, wholesale and warehouse stores. I chose the Kodak brand because I have a Kodak digital camera. The batteries came four in a pack and I purchased the set that came with the charger. The cost of the Kodak battery charger set was very reasonable. The batteries worked from the beginning and made an tremendous difference in the performance of the camera. With the Kodak rechargeable batteries, I was able to keep my camera on for longer periods of time and the speed was greatly increased.
When I needed to recharge the Kodak batteries, I simply plugged the charger into the wall and put the batteries on the charger. When the batteries need to be charged, the charger has a light that shows up red. The light will go away once the batteries have been charged. I thought that the batteries would take longer to charge than they did. Because there are four batteries in a pack, you will always have a fresh set of recharged batteries in your device at all times.
You may wonder how long the recharged batteries will last. My Kodak rechargeable batteries lasted much longer than what I had originally expected. I purchased the batteries in January of 2006 and it is now April of 2007. After 15 months of continuously being recharged, the Kodak batteries are on their last little bit of life.
I must say that I have used the Kodak rechargeable batteries much more than I had planned to. I have become a picture fanatic and these batteries have allowed me to have constant access to strong, powerful batteries. The batteries have been recharged more times than I can even begin to count. Have I gotten my money's worth from the Kodak rechargeable batteries? Absolutely! Not only do I have fresh batteries on hand whenever the used batteries wear out, I have saved money by using the Kodak rechargeable batteries. Prior to using the rechargeable batteries in our camera, I went through approximately fourty batteries a week. You can imagine how expensive that would have become if I did that over the past 15 months.

Post a CommentI totally agree, Kodak rechargeables are by far the best batteries on the market. When I visit review sites, Kodak doesn't even get a mention, which I find amazing, since they are so good and last so long. A four pack with charger - using them every day as I do, lasts me well over a year. They are the only batteries I use in my digital cameras. Which was why I was stunned to learn walmart was no longer carrying them. Thank God we have other places, like ebay.
