Kohl's offers a great selection of clothing for every age. They have large sections for babies, kids, juniors, women, and men. They also have a huge section for pajamas, bras/underwear, and coats. They offer clothes for every taste - simple, casual, trendy, sporty, you name it, they have it.

Accessories and so much more offered
Kohl's also has large sections for shoes, slippers, socks, purses, belts, sunglasses, jewelry, perfume/cologne, kitchen items, bathroom/bedroom items, pillows, rugs, decorations, candles, photographs, paintings, clocks, frames, college dorm supplies, luggage, and greeting cards. They also have a small toy section as well.

Sales, sales, sales!
You will NEVER walk into Kohl's and not see a sale. There is always a sale at Kohl's, no matter what time of the year it is. In many other stores, there is always a catch to sale prices. In Kohl's, if the sale is listed as 25% off, it means 25% off the most current listed price. So if a coat was already marked down and the store is having an additional 25% sale on all items, you will get the sale on top of the sale! No catch!

Tons of discounts in the mail ALL year round!
As a Kohl's card member, you will receive discounts in the mail all year round. I receive them about once or twice a month. These include scratch off discounts of either 15%, 20%, or 30%. When this big sale is over, they send 15% off coupons, and then the cycle starts all over again. You never stop receiving excellent discounts, which can be applied to the sales already going on at the store.

Lots of large fitting rooms and no hassle from staff
Kohl's has lots of large fitting rooms, so you never have to wait in a line to try on your clothes. All the rooms have large mirrors, lots of space, and plenty of hooks to separate your clothing on. What I love most about the fitting rooms is that there is no hassle from the staff. You do not have to report to anyone and have them unlock the door for you. All rooms are always available for anyone to use and there is no limit to the amount of clothes you can bring in at once.

Returns are VERY quick, easy, and question-free
At Kohl's, there is no stress in returning items. It is fast, easy, and they don't ask any questions. You don't even have to have the tags, and it doesn't matter when you purchased the item or whether or not you have the receipts. Even if it's a year later, they won't give you any problems. They'll either give you a full refund or store credit depending on the situation. Another policy I love at Kohl's is if you bought something yesterday, and today you get a coupon in the mail or you find out there is a sale on the item you bought, no worries, Kohl's will give you the discounted price and refund you the difference if you bring your receipt back within a couple of weeks.

Tons of cashiers and one single line to pay so that whenever the next register becomes available, the next person is helped immediately
In some Kohl's, there is one big single line, so that as soon as the next cashier is available, the next person in line goes. This prevents people from getting upset if there is an issue with an item or a customer and the line gets held up. Since there are no separate lines, there is no chance of being held up or "getting on the wrong line." The line moves very quickly with this system.

Product you can't find in your size or color? - No problem! Go to the kiosk - Free shipping!
If there is an item that Kohl's sells and you cannot find it in the store, or you found the item, but they do not have your size or color, no worries! Kohl's has a Kiosk, which is a big computer that you can work with yourself. You just walk up to it and follow the directions to order the item you want. Best part is, it will ship free to your house!

Clean & Organized
Kohl's is kept very clean and organized all day long, even during the busiest times of day/year. It is rare that you will run into piles of clothes or items on the floor like in other busy department stores. The staff does a nice job of keeping the store clean and consistently organizing/maintaining the racks and shelves of clothes.

They let you keep the hangers!
This is one of my favorite perks! They let you keep the hangers your clothes came on! I am such a huge fan of this because when I buy clothes, I never have anything to hang them up on unless I go buy my own hangers. Kohl's lets you keep the hangers, which are well built so that you don't get bumps in the shoulders.
