Krazy Kute Kid's Thanksgiving Memory Book

Emerald Eyz
Looking for a craft which will keep the kids involved and entertained on Thanksgiving? I have just the idea, miniature Thanksgiving memory books. I mean the blessing of Thanksgiving is being with family and friends and creating memories. This will provide the kids with entertainment and give them a treasured keepsake for years to come.

Materials needed:
Card stock, black, brown, orange, and yellow
Ribbon
Thanksgiving foam cut outs
Foam adhesive
Glue sticks
Scissors
Disposable cameras

To make the book's spine, fold a 24x6 inch strip of black paper with 3 1/4 inch front, total of 5 accordion type pleats measuring 1 3/4 inches and a 3 1/4 inch front. Cut 2 covers of card stock color of your choice to contrast with the black into 6x8 inches and glue to the inside of the front and back covers. Cut 4 more pieces to 6x8 inches and attach to each of the inside pleats. To help hold the pages together run the ribbon along the inside of the back cover, under all the pleats and up the inside front cover and tie into a bow at the top. To decorate the front cover, cut a square of foam adhesive and place one or more of the Thanksgiving foam cut outs on top and glue into place. Attach to the front of the album. Allow to dry. Meanwhile the children can take pictures to place in their albums at a later date.
