Kroger Trash Bags (30 Gallon Size)

Kroger Trash Bags - Pay for the Bag, Not the Ad

Susan Abe
This way, my money goes into the food in my kitchen, not the trashcan! The store Kroger Trash Bags, 30 gallon, in boxes of 30 bags, are a good product at a good price, and thus, they fit my definition of value. Running $2 to $3 less than national brands, they provide the same service as their better-known cousins at a substantial savings. Here is what I'm look for in a routine trash bag:
  • Strong enough to hold routine garbage and trash
  • Durable enough for me to remove the bag from the container easily
  • The entire thing strong enough for me to carry outside to the trash container without breaking, tearing, leaking, or spilling trash.

Frankly, Kroger meets all these needs without the added expense of the national brands and paying for all those expensive advertisements and commercials. Granted, if we had smellier trash or changed the bag less frequently, I might invest in a trash bag with odor control. And, if I were cleaning out a kitchen, complete with expired cans of food, I would of course choose a stronger, industrial strength bag. For those of your considering body disposal, you'll definitely need to buy up to take care of Louie. But for what I need this for, it is entirely adequate at a substantial savings to me.
