Kyron Horman Missing Case Latest News Update

Terri Moulton Horman Arrest Buzz, Reward Increased, Lead Updates

Meg G.
The morning of June 4, Kyron Horman went missing. A small boy wearing glasses and a CSI shirt went to his science fair with his stepmother. He was never seen since, even though Terri Horman says she saw him 150 feet away from his classroom. He's only seven years old.

As with many cases, the investigation centers on the last person to see someone alive. In this case, it's Terri Moulton Horman who is the last person to see her stepson. However, after the investigation began things started getting interest.

From the get-go things were a little questionable. Her polygraphs were failed. Her story didn't line up with her cell phone records. And she was alleged to have an affair. On top of all that, it became known that she's also presumed to have had a murder-for-hire plot against her husband and Kyron's father, Kaine.

All that is old news. Chances are, if you are keeping up with the case, there's little mentioned above that you don't know. However, it's an integral part of the story. It gets us to the present day update for this case.

A press conference today yielded no new leads or information. DeDe Sphicer has been named as someone that is at least of interest to authorities, as there are suspicions that arise because of her close relationship with Terri Horman. She's not cooperating with authorities. Some individuals think that she could become a pivotal figure in the case.

For those that think that Terri Horman is the subject of a major witch hunt, CBS Crimesider reports that a Portland police detective said "At some point she's going to get arrested. I think investigators want to know what happened to Kyron before they move ahead."

In addition to the imminent arrest of Terri Horman, the reward for information leading to the discovery of Kyron Horman doubled. This is according to the Associated Press.

Although many fear the worst, there are still those holding on to hope that the young boy will be found, alive and that he will be able to be reunited with his parents again.

Continuation of previous comment: When using the truth serum, no LEADING questions should be used. And, all parties subjected to this, should be allowed to have their individual attorneys present.

and goes nowhere, then, perhaps, an unknown predator was involved. And, if all else fails, as a very last resort, question school personnel who 'assumed' that Kyron was gone because he was with Terri -- something could be wrong here -- maybe, someone might be reluctant to say that they allowed Kyron to go with an unidentified individual -- naturally, the school personnel would not want to get into trouble and lose their job, etc.

As a last resort, truth serum may prove helpful in discovering where little Kyron Horman may be.
However, only if it used by a very well skilled professional; otherwise, you get 'yes' and 'no' answers which is not credible because a highly sedated individual may be too agreeable and NOT realize what he/she is really agreeing too. However, IF OPEN-ENDED questions are used to help discover the whereabouts of Kyron Horman, and if he is found using this technique then you would know who was involved. I would suggest beginning with Terri, possibly her friends, then the landscaper/gardener who waited approximately 6 months before informing the police about Terri's plot to kill Kaine which may be FALSE, Kaine Horman and finally Kyron's natural mother. If all proves false and goes nowhere, then, perhaps, an unknown predator was involved. And, if all else fails, as a very last resort, question school personnel who 'assumed' that Kyron was gone because he was with Terri -- something could

Has anyone seen this covered on the show "Issues?" Last night a caller asked a very good question about Terri and the legitimacy of her daughter. They are covering it all more tonight. Issues has been doing a very good job bringing up new angles.
