If you want to get this pizza delivered, you are out of luck as they do not offer delivery here. You can pick up your pizza or sit down to eat at one of the tables provided in their store. There prices for a large pizza are reasonable even if they are smaller. In fact, ordering two large pizzas here will run only slightly more than the cost of ordering one large pizza at their competitor Venari's Pizza located further down the same street.
While there are other things on the menu I have not had them often enough to attest to their quality and if you taste their pizzas, you will find out why. The pies available here are delicious, especially if you, like me, have a great love for cheese. They also understand unlike Dominos that pizza sauce should not be sweet.
What always surprises me when I order here is how quickly they are able to fill there orders. They don't seem to hurt for business, but they have a small oven. I don't think I have ever waited over twelve minutes for my food here, of course, if you are downtown during an event like the art festival or are ordering on a busy Friday night your experience may differ.
Since to the best of my knowledge they do not deliver, although I could be wrong. The person traveling to Lewisburg, Pennsylvania for the first time will need to know where to find them. It is also important to know that the business is listed in the yellow pages as the House of Pizza regardless of what the sign says. No problem, it is just beyond the railroad tracks on Market Street. If you are coming in from Route 45, it'll be on the right hand side. Sit down or eat out. Either way you will not be disappointed with the quality of the food. Just watch out for when the owners might be on holiday as it is family owned. Just remember that you don't need to ask for extra cheese.

Post a CommentOnce eaten, never forgotten. Always a favorite of mine.
La Casa De Pizza pizza...a Bucknell University student's preferred 'nosh. The 1st taste = a life changing experience...never forgotten, never a better found (alas for me). It's my top priority destination at reunion time; the prize of tasting their pizza after 10 years of 'alternative avoidance' is truly worth the wait. La Casa De Pizza's Pie Masters and the perfection they achieve are simply, phenomenally, THE BEST.
They do offer delivery its after 4pm!!!! Lies dont make friends
Mmmmm, try Pizzaria Rio at Milson's Point in Sydney, Australia. Yum.
Thank you for including the "in the Bucknell University area" qualifier. I'm sure that--if you hadn't--I would have rehd the article (mouth watering) only to discover that I'm probably never going to have that hunger sated. Oh well, there's always Hideaway Pizza (on Western Ave.) or Pizza Hut (on Classen). lol
