My day job happens to involve me with dogs often (I deliver packages) and Labs are among my favorite dogs to encounter. I have only seen one overly aggressive Lab out of dozens and find them to be very playful and smart dogs. As a matter of fact I have one myself as well as a Husky. Labs make fine hunting dogs of course but are also great pets if you have the energy to keep up with them!

Post a CommentNice info! I just heard about mini-labradoodles. I didn't know labradors could be miniaturized. But let me get to my main point...I still miss your political columns, Randy ol' man!
A great breed indeed!
Labs have a good reputation.
Good information, but I hope people will check their local humane society first. There are so many labs looking for a good home.
Got to love the labs! Great piece, Randy.
