Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups of Flour

5 eggs
3/4 cup baking cocoa
1 stick of butter or margerin
(One stick of butter is the equivalent of 1 cup)
1 tablespoon of imitation vanilla

Cover the inside of the pan with butter. Once buttered, lightly sprinkle flour on top of the butter, this will make it easier to remove the brownies. Set aside.

Next, break the eggs into a large mixing bowl and beat well. Once the yolk and egg whites are mixed, add the vanilla and salt and mix well.

Now add your butter, do not melt the butter. (Make sure you set the butter out an hour before cooking, that way, it will be soft enough to mix.) Blend well using your spoon.

Now add the now add one at a time, the flour, cocoa and sugar. Be sure to mix each in well. (Always make sure you scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatchula while mixing to be sure to mix all the ingredients well.)

Now scrape your mix out of the bowl and into your greased pan. Place the pan into the oven at the preheated temperature of 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from even and place on cooling rack to cool.

You may serve it warm with a scoop of ice-cream on top.
