You can make many of the costumes that Lady Gaga has worn in her music videos and on stage. Lady Gaga Bubble Dress Halloween Costume Ideas

To get started making a homemade Lady Gaga bubble dress Halloween costume, get a sleeveless flesh-colored leotard. Then find at least 100 crystal clear balloons. Blow up the balloons into several different sizes and tie them off. Use flesh-colored thread to sew the tied end of the clear balloons to the leotard. Take care not to poke the air-filled part of the balloons with the needle, or they will pop. Start sewing on the smallest balloons at the center of the leotard at both the front and back. Measure the length between your waist and the middle of your calf. Cut two of the pieces of the black fabric and one piece of the white fabric to this length. Cut the width of the three pieces of fabric so that they will cover the side and back of the leotard. Place the white sheer fabric piece between the two black pieces and sew them together at the top. Then sew them just below the waistline of the leotard on the right side and in the back to form a partial skirt.
