Lady Gaga's Top 10 Craziest Looks

Lady Gaga is a Fascinating Fashion Creation

Since the 2008 release of The Fame, Lady Gaga has become an artist known as much for her crazy fashion choices as her powerful vocals and catchy dance pop tunes. From dangerously high heels to practical nudity on stage, Lady Gaga has done a variation of it all.

1. At the 2010 Grammy awards, Lady Gaga scored two Grammys and two entries into her crazy fashion choices lookbook. The first notable ensemble was a lavender space creation by Armani. Lady Gaga orbited down the red carpet like an angelic extraterrestrial complete with handheld starburst. 1

2. Gaga's second Grammy outfit of note was not the rolled hem dress she wore for press photos after accepting her Grammys, but rather the headgear she coupled with it. Her Philip Treacy lightning bolt hat surely obscured more than one audience member's view during the show. 2

3. A more recent crazy Lady Gaga outfit was worn in June of 2010 to her sister's high school graduation. The outfit covered more square body inches than most of Gaga's outfit but was a bizarre combination of beekeeper chic meets lace doilies. 3

4. A 2010 amfAR benefit saw Gaga going for a ghost bikini cop look with a public service inspired hat over a white textured bikini. The crowning touch? Pearls affixed directly to her body. Despite the odd nature of the outfit, Lady Gaga managed to look lovely. 4

5. When Lady Gaga sang before Queen Elizabeth II at the Royal Variety Performance, she wore a red dress that brought to mind the period style of Queen Elizabeth I with one minor variation - Gaga's dress was made of red latex. 5

6. Lady Gaga appeared on a German TV show in a cape of Kermit the Frog dolls. She defended the outfit as an expression of creativity and slight protest, but it remains one of her most unexplainable looks to date. 6

7. Kermit isn't the only stuffed animal Lady Gaga has draped over her body. Sanrio outfitted Lady Gaga with a Hello Kitty dress for a 35th anniversary promotional. The photos from this shoot were visually stunning and definitely a one-of-a-kind brand of crazy. 7

8. In the video for "Bad Romance," Gaga wore several unique outfits, but the craziest was high fashion in the form of an Alexander McQueen sequined dress complete with his infamous armadillo heels.8

9. Gaga's "Alejandro" music video featured a crazy outfit complete with headgear by Nasir Mazhar. Part binoculars, part crown and slightly reminiscent of an octopus, it added a futuristic element to a video full of religious allusions.9

10. At the Brit awards in 2010, Lady Gaga wore garments of half body hose and half lace coupled with a partial face mask in lace. Her Marie Antoinette-esque hairstyle with a touch of cobweb added a slightly macabre edge to her performance, which served as a partial tribute to Alexander McQueen. 10

Lady Gaga is a dynamic performer with a flair for fashion that adds an undeniable fascination to her public persona.

I think it only makes sense to have paired each of the top ten outfits described with a photo of said outfit. You should make it easier for readers to follow what you're discussing rather than forcing them to reference an outside source.
