Lady Gaga has transformed the pop music landscape. Her outlandish costumes, swagger and confidence have captured the hearts of millions of little monsters. Here are the pop megastar's 8 must-have songs!

1. Pokerface: It is Lady Gaga's most important song. The worldwide number 1 single made her a superstar. The production, lyrics and swagger made the song one of the best releases of 2009. It is easily her most clever. The acoustic versions of this song prove the brilliance of the lyrics. A great song with great lyrics can be sung in many different ways.

2. Paparazzi: This song is sheer brilliance. It shows her love affair with fame. Lady Gaga continuously characterizes herself and a pop tragedy. A fallen star. The video makes the song even more delicious. Paparazzi is damn near a love song. An ode to fame.

3. Speechless: Gaga fans occasionally forget she can actually SING! On Speechless, Gaga channels the likes of Billy Joel and Elton John. Gaga has mentioned that this song is about her father. Real love. So many of Gaga's lyrics are sexy and risqué. It's nice to have a variety of subject matter.

4. Monster: This song almost serves as the title track to her EP, The Fame Monster. It depicts Gaga being captured by charm of a monstrous man. This beat is sick. Lady Gaga rides the beat with sexy dark lyrics.

5. Just Dance: This is the single that really started it all for Gaga. It is pure fun. This song is all energy and club scene. Everyone's love affair with the pop diva began with this song. Just Dance is a modern classic.

6. Dance in the Dark: This song is beautiful and haunting; which is rare for a dance song. It tells the tale of a young woman who leads a troubled life. She even references the tragic deaths of Princess Diana and Jean Benet Ramsey.

7. Telephone: This brilliant electropop song was originally written for Ms. Britney Spears. Luckily Gaga recorded it with pop music's other megastar, Beyonce Knowles. This song isn't as great, lyrically, as her other singles but it is still fun. The music video for this single is epic.

8. Teeth: This song is one of Gaga's more sexually charged songs. It is gritty and downright filthy! It is all about female pleasure. Gaga is a strong modern woman who is in charge of her own sexuality.
