Lance Briggs, Chicago Bears linebacker, held a holiday party on Monday, December 13, 2010 at 42 Degrees North Latitude located at 4500 North Lincoln Avenue in Chicago's Lincoln Square neighborhood. The purpose of the gala is to help generate funds for Lance's charity football camps. Guests enjoyed food, an open bar and were able to watch Monday Night Football. In addition, a raffle and silent auction were held, with proceeds going to Briggs' camps that are located throughout the country. Briggs' charity is called Briggs4Kidz is a non-profit charitable organization that assists youths facing poverty and the financial and emotional struggles that accompany it.

Tickets for the gala sold for $55.00 per person and the goal of the gathering was to increase awareness and funding that would reach out to young people in a beneficial way. This holiday gala comes on the heels of another Lance Briggs charity appearances which was held on Saturday, December 11, 2010 at The Comic Vault, where people where able to come in and donate comic books while getting a chance to see Briggs and meet other comic book fans.
