Someone should do their research a little better. I am the daughter of David Miller and he did not just walk away "fine" from this accident. He is in critical condition and has been in ICU for the past week. He will continue to be in ICU for another 2-3 weeks at the least.

That's the second time this week someone died without a seat belt on. Better safe than sorry.
