Lancome Juicy Tubes Lip Gloss

Spring is here with the flowers in bloom, and the sun dress making a wonderful comeback. This is the perfect weather for lip gloss, this little product has really soared in the past couple of years, you don't see as many red lips anymore. You see shiny glossy ones. That is fine by me having been born with very full lips, I could never wear those colors and not look like a clown. So I started my quest early on for the perfect lip gloss, one that gave the right amount of shine and stayed on for a while. They come in all kinds of containers now too compacts, the tube with the pull out brush, roll on.

When I saw the design for the Juicy Tubes I thought now this is different. I could not wait to give it a try, When I approached the Lancome counter I noticed there were a million different ones to choose from, and even little sampler bottles that fit on a key chain. Now thats thinking! Every color imaginable from pink to blue and green. I wondered if I get that blue lip gloss will my lips be tinted blue? So finally the saleswoman came over to me, I voiced my concern " Will the blue tint my lips blue?" She smiled and said " Thats our most common question, and no it wont". She continued by saying " the product offers just a hint of tint , do you want to try?". So I tried a sample of the lip gloss using a very tiny lip brush provided by the nice woman, and I fell in love. This gloss gave the perfect shine, when the light hit it "WOW", and the smell was pleasant too.

The tube allows you to squeeze out just the right amount without wasting and it is small enough to store anywhere. This product comes in a variety of colors and sizes and like I mentioned before there are tubes equipped to fit on a key chain. This is my personal favorite lip gloss, and I hope it stays around forever. The only drawback is if you get a little "Lip gloss happy" Meaning sitting and putting a ton on your lips, then it will get a little goopy, so just don't do that and you will have a wonderful lip gloss experience.

For the regular sized tubes you can count on a price of 17.50, and the smaller mini glosses are usually offered in a gift pack. There are some variations of the Juicy Tube that offers more color, for those of you that like to add some color to your lips. The tube that I use is Juicy Tubes Ultra Shine and the color is Flutter by. Try it out I promise you won't be disappointed.

I live life to the fullest extent that I can, I have 2 daughters 11 months apart and the antics that they do on a daily basis will keep me on my toes for a long time.  View profile

Have you tried Juicy Tube Smoothie? They go on really smooth - instead of the stickiness that is expected from the original Juicy Tubes. We also have Juicy Tube Plump - to plump up your lips; and Juicy Tube Tripiques, from the Spring Promotional Colors!

And you are right - the little Juicy Tube gift sets are adorable - and a great value for your money! (I am a Counter Manager for Lancome - I like Juicy Tube Smoothies the best, the original Juicy Tubes are too sticky for me - and I love the ones that have a little bit of a flavor to them!)
