Most women have a very difficult time finding jeans that fit their bodies correctly. I know many women who wear jeans that are too tight or too loose because they cannot find jeans to fit them well. Lane Bryant may have created the ultimate solution for jean-hunting woes for plus-size women with their new line of Right Fit jeans.
Lane Bryant, the largest plus-size clothing retailer in the world has made finding the perfect pair of jeans easy for plus-size women. Their revolutionary system is based on a woman's hip to waist ratio. Yellow, red, and blue comprise the three basic categories of jeans based on a woman's body shape. A woman who is yellow is slightly curvy or "straight", with little to no curve from the waist to the hips. Red women have moderate curves and blue women are "curvy", with small waists and are fullest at the hips. Each color of jeans is available in sizes 1-8, determined by a woman's body size.
Lane Bryant conducted the first sizing study on women in more than 60 years. Over a three-year period, Lane Bryant used cutting-edge technology to scan 14,000 women's bodies. With this data, the company created their revolutionary sizing system.
Finding your right fit is fast and easy. Simply visit the Lane Bryant website or go to www.rightfit.com and click the blue, "Find your right fit" button. Measure your waist and hips and select the measurements from the respective drop-down menus on the page. Finally, hit the "Find my right fit" button on the bottom of the page.
The website will give you your body type color and size number. You can then click on the blue "Shop now" button to be taken to a page where you can search different styles of jeans in your color and size.
Right Fit jeans are available in petite, average, and tall lengths as well as boot-cut, flare, and classic styles. They are available in several different shades, including: dark blast, dark rinse, light rinse, medium, and vintage.
Right Fit jeans can be found under the Venezia label at Lane Bryant stores, in their catalogs, or on-line at the Lane Bryant website.

I'll have to try these, I have the same problem with the back of the jeans always gaping.. they're also always way too long!
I think they are perfect fitting jeans. They even fit us Guys, I hate baggy jeans. Only downside is the are spendy, but on sale until 22nd March for 30 bucks.

OH YES! This is real! I have a narrow waist compared to my hips -- sooo I would always have a problem of my waist being huge but my hips being tight. (The jeans that is). But now?! I have jeans that fit like a GLOVE! This is ingenious.
I heard about this new way of sizing from Lane Bryant and went into the store yesterday. A sales associate measured me and told me I was either a yellow or a red, and either a 6 or a 7. My whole life I've been wearing the wrong size. I'm ACTUALLY a size 6 yellow. These are the first jeans I've ever worn that actually fit me everywhere! They fit my waist, legs, butt, AND are the perfect length. They'll instantly be your favorite pair of jeans. I plan on buying a pair in every wash. And if anyone has been having to tug those jeans to keep them in the right position on your waist.. here's a real selling point. I put the jeans on and sat down. When I stood up they were STILL in the same position on my waist (where I wanted them). Seriously ladies, you want to try a pair on.

Wow, wow, wow. I just bought two pairs of Right Fit jeans online and they arrived today. I am in LOVE. I've been a Lane Bryant customer for over twenty years and have worn many of their jeans styles. Right Fit is the first style to fit my oddly shaped body perfectly. They're the most comfortable pants I've worn -- ever. I mean EVER. For the first time in my life the back waistband doesn't gap out. A warning, though. If you buy the flared jeans, seriously, they are flared. Like, 1970's bell-bottoms flared. Not fully elephant bells, but still, pretty wide (which happens to suit my taste).
