LA's Hollywood Billiards Is the Place to Be

The place to be on the weekend, every weekend is Hollywood Billiards. It's definitely open during the week as well, but the nighlife in Hollywood takes on a new form on Friday and Saturday nights. Hollywood Billiards is always jumping, always a happening place to be. You've got movie industry people strolling in and out of there, executives and just random cool people. It seems to be hidden in the background although it is right on the Hollywood Blvd/ strip. It's a great place to go just to chill and relax or to bring a party to.

This famous two-story pool house, Hollywood Billiards, is located on 5750 Hollywood Blvd., Los Angeles, Ca, 90028. On the bottom floor, they have more than 20 pool tables, all occupied during the might games. The people stand around and smile at you as you walk in and some even offer you to play a game.

But it has more than just pool tables there. In the front of the room, there are multiple televisions, a more sports bar setting. On the side there's a great bar with energetic bartenders. Going around to the back is a video game room and then another bar with tables for food. You can see the top floor from downstairs, a dark wooden railing is in an oval shape above the bottom floor and pool tables surround the top railing.

It's one of the larger billiards houses I've ever been in and it's set up to serve your every need. The mood lighting is perfect, dark but sweet and the people inside are well-dressed and classy. From the bottom floor, you can head to the back and walk up stairs to find an even more prestigious room full of pool table and recreational space where you or your guest can sit and eat, wine and dine, and so forth.

The space upstairs is huge. You can bring a part of 40-100 up there would still be space for many other parties to enjoy the billiards. On one end of the pool tables are comfy love seats to sit in while waiting your turn and on the other are your regular high chairs and table. Couches and comfy seats fill up the other areas at either end large space.

It's a great place to reserve a party and it doesn't cost as much as you'd think. Reserving the pool table are inexpensive as well and the drinks are fairly priced. The food is excellent, you won't be disappointed. Try it on any night, it's always full but always friendly.
