For Sake categorized by 10 major regions: Hyogo, Kyoto, Nugata, Akita, Hiroshoma, Fukushima, Shizuoka, Miyagi, Kochi, and Shimane.
With Hyogo: from the Nada ward of the city of Kobe you will find some of the largest and most prestigious breweries in the sake industry.
