Las Vegas: Top Themed Restaurants

Cindy Wright
Vegas has something for everyone. If your desire is gambling, themed wedding chapels or even themed restaurants, there is something for all tastes. Themed restaurants in Vegas are plentiful and cover almost every theme that you can think of. One my personal must see favorites is The Hard Rock Café. It has a 45-foot Gibson Les Paul Guitar at the entrance of the café. Inside you will find the café filled with Elvis Presley memorabilia. There is a whole wall dedicated to the king himself. There is also a life size statue of Elvis and some of his guitars and his gold albums. Any Elvis fan will love the Hard Rock Café. There is more memorabilia inside besides Elvis. You will also find an Elton John outfit, Madonna's jacket and much more. The café is also well-known for great food and a gift shop where you can buy all kinds of Rock merchandise.

Next on my list of top themed restaurants in Vegas is Planet Hollywood. While you eat at Planet Hollywood this Hollywood themed restaurant plays movie clips on big screens that are all over the restaurant. You can enjoy burgers, steaks, BBQ pulled pork, chicken and much more.

Celebrities are known to frequent Planet Hollywood so you never know who you might run into. Keep your cameras handy just in case you get to meet someone.

A themed restaurant that I really want to visit one day is the Rainforest Café. This restaurant is decorated with flowers, Rainforest animals and jungle trees. You even get to listen to sounds of the rainforest. The Magi c Mushroom Bar is known for its smoothies and its specialty drinks.

The rainforest menu contains items such as Jungle Safari soup, Paradise Pot Roast and for desert try a chocolate volcano.

My son is a huge fan of Nascar and Vegas delivers for the Nascar fans too. The Nascar Café is a 2 level restaurant that has giant television screens for diners to watch Nascar races. The Carzilla Bar is the world's largest stock car. It is a Pntiac Gran Prix that weighs over three tons. It is mounted on a hydraulic platform and every hour is rises up to the second level and starts it engine and the lights turn on and the blows smoke.

Themed food contains such items as dipstick fried cheese and drinks such as Battery Acid and Caution Flag Margaritas.

All you Star Trek fans will love Quark's Bar and restaurant. Sports fans will love The ESPN Zone. If you enjoy Harley Davidson themes then you must visit the Harley Davidson Café.

This is just a few of the Top Themed Restaurants in Vegas there are many more to discover on your next trip to Vegas.
