Many people of all ages end up having problems with their legs. You may have noticed a little something which turned into something more. A friend or even physician may have called it Spider Veins, Rosacea, Telaniectasis, or Broken Capillaries. You may have just written it off as a little nothing; maybe just some excess redness. The truth is that there are many skin conditions which once were just a part of growing old which are now very treatable.

ClearSkin is a laser technology which uses infrared energy along with their new standard treatment for these ailments. Whether you have been diagnosed with visible vessels, broken capillaries, spider veins, vascular lesions, or other discoloration of your skin, now there is hope.

ClearScan laser technology is for more than just the legs. You are now able to treat the face, neck, chest, as well as your legs in addition to the many other skin areas where you may have noticed something amiss. While you'll always need to consult with your doctor first, this is not usually a problem

Some skeptics may worry about the risk; a conversation with Dr. Raffi Dishakjian of Nu Vela Esthetica who specializes in these types of treatment dismisses that whole-handedly. "There is little risk in the treatment of benign conditions," says the doctor. "While there may need be repeat treatment," if the scars don't go away to the patients liking, there is little to fear.

In terms of healing and getting you back on the up and up, the doctor again is confident. "There is virtually no downtime and you may resume moderate activity immediately." While the doctor does caution against going too strenuous, he says that by-and-by the actual time for your body to heal always depends on the individual. In addition there is a slight chance of erythema which is nothing more than redness and can last a few or several days.

While there is no need for anesthesia and there should be "no discomfort" - by and large this depends on the individual treatment and the individual patient. "During treatment your eyes will be protected with safety glasses," says the doctor, "and the ClearScan laser beam will be delivered to the area of your skin being treated." All that should occur is a "warm or hot sensation" as the laser attacks the unwanted vessels. The procedure should take no more than one half an hour, maybe even a few minutes, and you're done!

It is always important to follow your individual physician's orders after treatment but it may just be the simple application of some lotion or other cleansing products.
