While the doctor does caution against going too strenuous, he says that by-and-by the actual time for your body to heal always depends on the individual. All that should occur is a "warm or hot sensation" as the laser attacks the unwanted vessels. The procedure should take no more than one half an hour, maybe even a few minutes, and you're done!

It is always important to follow your individual physician's orders after treatment but it may just be the simple application of some lotion or other cleansing products.
