When I worked retail, sometimes the recurring thoughts which would cycle repeatedly through my head would be - My job sucks - I hate my job - I need a new job. The customer is not always right nor does it give them the right to be mean. At the same time, I'm sure I may have had off days where the boss was riding me about something inconsequential or something was going wrong and I took it out on a customer. Though Erskine no longer works at the Olive Garden restaurant in Philadelphia, it provided ideal fodder before he moved to find a new job in New York.
