I first discover ©Candle-lite's Lavender & Cedarwood Essential Elements Candle at CVS Pharmacy. While the $6.99 price was a bit high for my budget the first time I purchased one of the candles I quickly learned it was well worth the price. I was at the time going for the dollar store least expensive candles I could find. The 9 oz Glass candle burns for hours. I have not actually timed how long but do know I tend to burn for at least a couple hours a night and the Essential Elements candle will last me a good week.
Along with the wonderful sent and long burning quality I found another great feature of the Essential Elements 9 oz Glass candle. Once the candle has burned out the class can be recycled. You do want to make sure they are well sterilized before using for beverages but the glass has a heavy base and wide opening - two features I look for in classware. Over the last year I've collected a nice set of glasses from the Essential Elements candles I've purchased.
The Lavender & Cedarwood Essential Elements Candle is my favorite but ©Candle-lite also offers the candle in the following scents:
Blackberry and Cassis
Eucalyptus and Cucumber
Ginger and Citrus
Lemongrass and Coriander
Orange Fennel
Raspberry and Geranium
Tangerine and Grapefruit
Vanilla and Sandlewood
©Candle-lite's Essential Elements Candles are also available as a 14.75 oz 3-Wick Jar, a 3"x4" Pillar Candle and 3.5 oz. Reed Diffuser as well as the 9 oz Glass which I favor. I have not tried any of the other candle styles but would imagine they are of the same high quality as the Lavender & Cedarwood Essential Elements glass candle.
A couple other great benefits of the Essential Elements candles are they are made with the essential oils in a vegetable wax blend and are 'Made in USA'. I have found my Lavender & Cedarwood Essential Elements candles at other stores but at a higher price so if you have a CVS in your area I highly recommend purchasing them there.
An added note on why I prefer the Lavender & Cedarwood Essential Elements candles is I'm sure due to the effects of the lavender and cedarwood scents. Lavender is known to relieve stress, headaches, migraines, depression and nervous tension to name a few. Cedarwood is helpful in relieving tension, fear, anger, and helps maintain stability.
If you are looking for a high quality affordable candle I highly recommend you try ©Candle-lite's Essential Elements Candles.
