Law of Attraction: Starting Where You Are Now

Raise Your Vibration in Small, Easy Steps

Since the book "The Secret" so many of us have started to use the Law Of Attraction to create our lives. Some of us have had big changes and others seem to still be struggling along, not really sure what to do or how to get there.

Unfortunately, one of the most important lessons for Law Of Attraction is often overlooked. The goal is to go from where you are in your current state of vibration to an incredibly high level of vibration so you can create a new reality for yourself. Too bad, many forget to tell you to start where you are.

As described in many of the Abraham-Hicks teachings, you need to raise your vibration in steps. If you are feeling hopeless and defeated don't expect to feel inspired, excited and grateful in a matter of minutes. Trying to force this will have exactly the opposite effect that you are desiring. Law Of Attraction is a process and it can't be forced.

No matter what your vibration, Law Of Attraction is always at work. If you are living in a negative state, you are going to attract negative results into your life. If you are in a positive state you will then find that you are attracting much more desirable results in your life. But faking it till you make it is not the best way of creating positive results with Law Of Attraction.

Instead of trying to convince yourself that you are incredibly joyful when you are really miserable, why not try just elevating your vibration? If you are angry, hurt and just plain unhappy then you are at a good starting point to raise your vibration. Begin by asking yourself a few questions.

Why Are You Angry?

Maybe you are angry because someone said something mean to you. It doesn't matter who this person is or even if it is someone you know well. Start asking a few questions about this person to yourself.

Why is this person so mean?

What is their life like?

Could this have been a response to someone saying something mean to them today?

As you go along these questions seriously think about what the answers might be and what you might not know. Maybe you thought that person was mean to you because they are a jerk. But, if they are a jerk. Ask yourself why? Maybe it has to do with something in their own life that is making them unhappy. Maybe someone was hurtful to them today and they weren't really trying to be mean to you but their behavior was a response to their own hurt. You may find that your anger and hurt have turned to a small level of compassion. There, you have just raised your vibration up a notch in just a matter of minutes.

Now, taking that same experience, let's see if you can raise your vibration another level. Somehow you attracted this unhappy person into your life and the philosophy of Law Of Attraction is that we get back what we put out there. Ask yourself; what did you do to attract this kind of person to yourself?

Are you expecting this kind of person? Are you unhappy? Again, you can't change this in a matter of seconds but you can raise it. Decide what is going on in your own life that you are using Law Of Attraction to bring negative results and people into your life. It doesn't have to be a list of everything, just pick one thing. After you have decided on the thing you want to focus on, decide if it's really that bad. Maybe it is really that bad, but could it be worse? It probably could be worse. So, then you are better off than some right? If your answer is yes, then you just found something to be grateful for in your unhappy situation. If you just allow yourself to feel that moment of gratitude then you have raised your vibration. Law Of Attraction will match your vibration every time.

Don't get frustrated if you feel your vibration is too low or too negative. Instead just take small steps to raising it until you have reach that level of vibration that you see positive things coming into your life because Law Of Attraction is meeting you on an equal level. As the positive things come in, you will find that your vibration is raising naturally and requires less work and effort to keep it up.

If you are really struggling with Law Of Attraction, then just start by taking small steps. Instead of trying to transform your vibration in an instant, just take it one level at a time. Allowing each level to give you a different perspective until you feel a little more at ease with each situation. As the situations ease, so will you.

Gratitude and compassion are only two ways of slowly moving yourself up the vibration scale. Discover for yourself, how many situations you can turn into vibration raising opportunities through your day and soon Law Of Attraction will become your best friend.
