I was recently in the chip aisle in my local grocery store and was wanting to purchase a chip to pack in my husbands lunch as well as something we could snack on that does not contain hundreds of unwanted calories and fat. When I located the Lay's Kettle baked chips.
They were on sale and after giving the back label a quick read I decided to give these chips a try. My husband absolutely loved these chips and we found that they have many other varieties as well. These chips are more crunchy than regular chips and have a much better flavor to them.
The Kettle baked chips that we have already tried are Sea Salt and Vinegar, Lime and Cracked Pepper, Mesquite Barbecue, Maui Onion which is our favorite and the original flavor as well. These chips are so good that you will not be able to put the bag down so be warned, you'll want to finish off the whole bag.
These chips are gluten free, lactose free, MSG free, additive free and o grams of trans fats. the only ones we have not tried yet are the jalapeno and sharp cheddar ones but their next on my grocery list. These chips provide you with a healthy alternative to the chip lovers out there.
You can now enjoy chips that are a good source of Vitamin C as well as onion free and soy free on some of the products. You can purchase these chips on sale for around $2.50 a bag. Some of these Kettle chips do carry peanut product so make sure you read the label if you are allergic to peanuts.
These chips are great for lunches, picnics, snacks, parties or any occasion where you want to offer a great tasting snack that is good for you too. I have always been a fan of Lay's and their chip products but I must admit they have done their best work with these chips.
These chips have a serving size of one and packed with 150 calories and 8 grams of total fat. There is o milligrams of cholesterol in these chips as well as 2 grams of protein. You'll find 1 gram of dietary fiber inside as well as 10 percent vitamin C.
Some of the ingredients inside these amazing chips are wheat and soy products as well as garlic powder for the Maui Onion with a hint of salt, onion powder and sunflower oil. You can contact lay's web site for more information on these kettle baked chips at lays.com.
