The LCD Clock application has several useful features: customized dates, an alarm clock and several color themes. The alarm has additional tones outside of the default set provided by the iPhone. The in-application calendar allows users to view up to six months at once.

The LCD Clock settings specifically for making adjustments to the time are controlled through the iPhone's settings application. Other basic functionalities may be accessed through the application.

Users have the option of changing the display modes between landscape and portrait modes. Users can access application functions through tapping icons on the screen: bulb icon for the backlight, alarm symbol for toggling the alarm function, clock numbers for changing the time from 12-hour mode to 24-hour mode.
