Like the first two pouches, this dish has is 5 Weight Watcher points and it contains 270 calories, 7 grams of fat and 5 grams of fiber. Tortelloni stuffed with of course asiago cheese and caramelized onions in a tomato vodka sauce complete with veggies this dish is delicious.
Mushroom Tortelloni
Another tortelloni selection, this one is completely different from the asiago cheese variety. The pasta is stuffed with mushrooms and cheese but it is submersed in a creamy mushroom sauce with snap peas, sundried tomatoes and red peppers. It like the others is 5 points and has 280 calories, 7 grams of fat and 5 grams of fiber.
Garlic Chicken
Chicken with bowtie pasta in a creamy sauce with a garlic flavor this pouch is also only 5 points. It has 270 calories, 6 grams of fat and 4 grams of fiber. Complete with asparagus, broccoli and carrots this pouch tastes like it came from a restaurant.
Chicken Alfredo
Just like its name indicates the chicken is in a creamy alfredo sauce along with penne. With broccoli and both yellow and orange carrots it has 5 Weight Watcher points and 280 calories, 7 grams of fat, and 4 grams of fiber.
Chicken Margherita
With the most points of the bunch at 6 this pouch is still pretty healthy offering 300 calories, 8 grams of fat and 4 grams of fiber. The chicken, penne, tomato sauce, peppers, spinach and mozzarella cheese combination is delicious.
Shanghai Style Shrimp
For only 4 Weight Watcher points, this dish has 250 calories, 3 grams of fat, and 4 grams of fiber, "Shanghai Shrimp" is shrimp, noodles, snap peas, red peppers, and carrots in a spicy sauce.
