Part of reaping the benefits of papaya is to select good and healthy fruits. The key to buying a good papaya is to select one that has a green or yelow shiny skin. Avoid those that have dark spots. -An unripe papaya can be used as a "natural meat tenderizer". Green papayas are rich in proteolytic enzymes that can naturally soften tough meats.
-Make baby food with ripe papayas. After you have cubed your papayas, mash them with a fork and feed it to your baby. You can add some yogurt for extra flavor and nutrition for your baby. He (or she) will love it!!!
