Most people face some type of problems and challenges that result in stress. Stress can be seen through life everyday challenges; a competition to win; a business deal to handle; an exam to pass; a deadline to meet; a relationship in trouble; or even the determination to become successful. But what are the signs that stress is impacting these everyday life situations? What are the reasons for stress operating in these times? What are levels of stress and how do you overcome it? Here are some simple answers that can lead to your living a stress free life in the midst of everyday challenges.
Signs of Stress:
Signs of stress may be cognitive, symptoms of emotional, physical or behavioral problems. Signs may include poor judgment, a general negative out look on what someone has said to you about you or about some situation or thing, excessive worrying about a job, your family, or your money; it is also seen through attitudes of moodiness, irritability, and agitation. Stress comes from the inability to relax, feeling lonely, isolated, and depressed. Some of its symptoms are aches, pain, diarrhea, nausea, and dizziness, over eating or not eating enough.
Reason for Stress:
The reason most people face stress is caused through frustration, conflict, and pressure during the day. Frustration, conflict, and pressure are the first stage that bring stress on a person's body and produce symptoms.
Levels of Stress:
There are levels of stress that you need to be aware of and watch out for to stay healthy and emotionally and physically strong. These levels are called acute stress, chronic stress, and traumatic stress.
Acute stress is mostly caused by common every day noise, large crowds with the feeling of just wanting to be alone. The acute stress only lasts a short time and you can simply change your environment to obtain peace and relaxation.
Chronic stress may wear you down over a period of time, day after day, year after year. It will work on you physically as well as mentally leading to a highly unbalanced life. Taking vacations and short trip from your work schedule and work load can diminished the change of the chronic stress wearing you down.
Traumatic stress is caused from death in the family, sexual assault, catastrophic event or unnatural experiences that many people face when something has happen to them or a love one. Seeing a doctor and being properly treated can help eliminate the traumatic stress and bring peace and comfort to you and your love ones.
To overcome stress you must find ways to relax have fun and enjoy. Learn to recognize the symptoms of stress in you and in your family members and when you see stress lighten up and have some fun. Life is too precious. Don't miss out on it. Take time out daily to relax and enjoy life.
