The lack of motivation comes from different distractions that might occur to you while you are in the journey to reach your first goal or when you are just about to get started with your goals. Distractions make you lose focus and it also acts as a barricade to stop you from doing what you want to do. So, all you need to do is to have a new mindset and learn how to overcome these distractions, instead of waiting for them to disappear.

Tweak that attitude of yours and add a little booze of determination. If you have the determination, you will do this hundred percent every day of life until you reach your goal.
3) Little rewards
Everyone loves gifts don't they? So give yourself one every time you reach a goal. It will make you to be a happier and satisfied person. Rewards motivate you, just like how sweets could motivate kids to do things for their parent's sake. A shopping spree after a 20kg weight loss would do no harm, would it?
