S. Morris
Writing for the web, can be difficult at first, especially when you are completely new to it. I started that way, but have come along new tips here and there on the way. Sometimes paragraphs tend to turn out lengthy, not as interesting, and a little confusing. Getting to the point is key. Try using these easy tips. To a more successful writing experience.

Making you article easy to read.

This is a big help to you and your reader. Making your article easy to read will help them to understand it. Think about the reader, that may be reading it. They could be in a hurry, not a good reader, or many other reasons. So making your words or even your terms that you use easy to understand. This will help each reader who comes across your work.

Always keep it short.

As a writer, we may tend to get flowing with ideas in our articles. Now think of the length of the paragraph we may end up with. A reader will probably leave the page seeing how long the reading is! So to keep them interested and reading. Provide a short, informative, article. An article that will provide them the information their looking for, yet not a chapters worth!

Making your writing Clear.

Now for keeping it clear, very important! When writing. Using bold, italics, or spaces, are just some of the ways you can keep it clear. Also making it understandable. This is a technique I have found to be very helpful in my writing. People seem to want to read on and finish the article, without feeling a bit lost amongst it.

Now these are just a few tips that have helped me to come along way as a writer. Keeping up with learning new writing techniques, as found in The Yahoo Style Guide, writing for the Web, will keep you informed and also make for the most of your writing skills.
