Last week I took a walk outside in the
heavy rain.
There is a person that lives inside of me,
behind the walls that everyone sees.
And for once, he was able to come out into
the world,
alive and active once again after months of
dormancy.
After the sun came back out and chased away
the rain, just like that i pushed that
person back down inside of me.
Or maybe it's the other way around, and the
person that I used to be so long ago, the
person who splashed in puddles and sand loud
songs in public is the one who has been
replaced by something that isn't really me
at all.
