The following, just in case you didn't know, are just some examples of the Left-Right rhetoric, tinged with some truths:
The Capitalistic Right (or value voters as they like to refer to themselves) refer to the Socialistic Left as Communistic, intellectual evil-doers, who want to take all hint of self determination from the American Population and turn them into mindless residents of a state run utopia.
The Extreme Left espouses that the Fascist Right are corporate whores, who will stop at nothing to secure their own power and wealth. They will murder, coerce, cajole and in general make life miserable for anyone (including their own citizens) for profit and hegemony.
Is there a third view that could unite these polar opposites and actually more accurately reflect modern America? I for one believe that as time goes on, the disgust from the American Middle (directed at the Left and the Right) will become more prevalent and could hold the possibility of producing a Strong New Party. Then again, maybe party politics is the problem. Maybe, if someone runs for office they should run on the issues of the day and their true conscience in regards to these issues and let the people decide. Yaa right...That'll Happen...! Any way you look at it, the Left have their truths and the Right has theirs, but in the middle is where reality lies and I'm rooting for the Middle.
