Lego "Mystery Bag" Series Two 'Vampire': An Awesome Halloween Gift or Sweet Stocking Stuffer!

Miss Fortune
If you are a Lego fanatic and love all things Halloween then you will want to get this super spooky Vampire mini figure for your collection. It is part of the second series of "mystery bag" mini figures. Some stores limit the sale of them to two bags per person per day but others don't really care as they are making money off them regardless. There are a total of sixteen figures in the second series and they are "blind bagged" but there is a way to tell what is in it. They all share the same Lego set number, 8684, so it can get a little confusing to buy them out of the pack online unless someone provides details about the specific mini figure.

Visually the Lego Vampire looks incredible; he comes with one of the old school bar elements and has a dual-flair cape and collar. The torso piece has great stenciled detail to it with solid black legs. What really makes him look great is the pale gray coloring on the face and hands but I have to admit, the red eyes and small fangs are my favorite parts of this limited edition mini figure.

The second series of mini figures includes the following: Explorer, Disco Dude, Vampire, Traffic Officer, Surfer, Karate Master, Life Guard, Weight Lifter, Witch, Spartan Warrior, Circus Ringmaster, Pharaoh, Pop Star Singer, Skier, Mine, Mariachi Man. This is the second series from Lego, the first series also contains sixteen randomly packaged characters from different Lego themes. Prices on these will vary depending on where you are buying them but I wouldn't pay more than three dollars each for them.

If you are trying to collect them all but don't want to get duplicates, you can check several sites for a bar code list. Print out the list and take it with you then compare the codes to see what is in the bag. One of the most accurate can be found at BrickSet (hosted by 1000Steine).
