The music is updated to a motivating club style. It is an easy-to-follow indoor walk.For a maximum calorie and fat burning experience Leslie uses a variety of techniques in each program. Day one is the easiest. It has her familiar basic four-step mix (kicks, marches, knee lifts and step touches). The next three workouts incorporate light but effective toning for the abs, upper body, and lower body. The last and fifth series is intense. Do the best speed walking sequence. Leslie gives encouraging comments to keep you focused and on your toes, working out. All five workouts use the same warm up and cool down. The DVD has a "play all" function that provides a challenging 85-minute, five mile workout. Get walking!

This 55 minute fast paced indoor walk is perfect for your 1 hr daily fitness dose. It was rated almost 5 stars by customers. Some did not care for the music. I say turn down the volume put on your own music and do the moves. This particular DVD is a lot more challenging, especially with the new fit cuff. A 65 year old woman commented that the video is an invigorating exercise program that focuses on firming the hips, thighs and glutes. Customers loved the toning segment the best. Some say this one of the most excellent, fun filled 2 miles.
The fit cuff is included with your DVD purchase. No need to buy anything separate. It is a rubber tubing resistance device that slips around your ankles. You should wear a long workout pants when using the fit cuff. The cuffs are kind of scratchy, if wearing shorts and they are rubbing up against bare legs. Other than that the cuff is a good quality, well made, resistance band with Velcro straps. The aerobic/toning sequence is a balanced mix that burns fat and reshapes your hips, thighs, and butt area. The workout starts slowly then builds impact. No jogging in this video. The body sculpting has a good mix of standing and floor work exercises. The fit cuff maximizes results.
