People who are true friends
will always be there for you
No matter where they are
where they have been
or where they are going
If you need them they will be there

It is okay to laugh in the face of sadness
and cry in the midst of joy

New beginnings are scary,
and change may lead to suffering,
but never moving forward may have those same effects

Be serious when necessary,
Be angry when you are pushed,
but be happy whenever you can

You can allow yourself to be miserable if you want to,
but that won't stop everyone else
from having a good time, so you might as well
join in the fun

Love with your whole heart
It's always worth it

And remember your memories
are meant to keep you going
and never to hold you back!
