Standing on the edge
No ground in sight
Only an endless darkness
Blacker than the darkest night
No ground in sight
Only an endless darkness
Blacker than the darkest night
How many times
Have I been to this place?
All these things in my head
That I can't seem to erase
An empty shell
And nothing more
End it now
I will finally soar
What my life has been
Is what it will always be
It cannot be changed by you
It cannot be changed by me
Let me go and I will fall
Bringing misery to an end
No hanging on for another day
Hoping my soul will mend.
I turn away yet again
To return another day
What will happen when
It doesn't end this way?
