The building includes the foundation made of concrete and metal and above ground fit out with metal frame as well as mounted photovoltaic systems, all around insulated walls, tile flooring in and out, fitted kitchen, bathrooms, closets and complete electromechanical systems. For the green house planning, a specifically shaped roof is designed for the installation of photovoltaic system.
