Letter to Law Makers

Let Up on the Rules

LarrWayne Po
Just because you have an idea,
That doesn't mean it's a good one.
A good leader may become famous
By doing very little.

Don't play games like,
I want you to dance,
Just because you spoke
And came up with a riddle.

Wanting to be boss, continuously,
Giving out a bunch of commands,
Is the type of game ego shrewds play,
When nobody wants to dance.

Leave us alone, that want to sit back
And relax a bit from our work.
Don't insist we continuously stand up.
We're not impressed with a jerk.

A bossy boss can make a lot of noise
And ruin a days intended joys.
Behave like men and women.
Don't be a dread until the end.

The forceful are not appreciated.
Many can vouch to that.
Behave like adults,
Not like spoiled brats.

LarrWayne, AKA Quack Jack of many trades. If the educated do not educate others, the long term pay back will be "We are surrounded by the uneducated and they want to rule over us". Politically incorrect poem...  View profile
