LG 4.2 Cu. Ft. All-In-One Steam Washer and Dryer

At the time I needed my own washer and dryer I was a confirmed bachelor. I did anywhere from 1-3 loads of laundry a week and used the dryer to iron my clothes. We have all done it, tossing the clothes back in the dryer on air for up to 10 minutes just to get the wrinkles down a bit or sometimes out completely. The LG All-In-One is a dream come true, now instead of spending a day or more during the week waiting for open washers and dryers at the local coin operated laundromat, I could do the laundry in my own home. After a day of shopping, I stumbled into Best Buy and $2,200.00 later, I brought home my new best friend, or so I thought. I soon learned that using an all in one combination was not all I thought it would be. While the LG All-In-One did a great job cleaning my clothes I normally had to run the dryer twice to get the clothes dry. It has a great 4.2 cubic feet capacity, and 9 wash cycles. The dryer has 5 drying settings, and a great option for steam dry, think wrinkle free and no more ironing. There are multiple other settings that allow you to wash and or dry almost anything. And they work well!

About 3 months in with this dryer it began to not dry at all, I had to have it repaired. Due to the type of machine that it is, they had to order parts, and unfortunately, I ended up paying out of pocket to the tune of 201.00 more, this is because I did not opt into the additional warranty- it is worth it. Other than this small fix I have had no other problems with the LG All-In-One Steam Washer Dryer.

Now, in my experience since the fix the LG All-In-One is a great deal, and truly works well for me. I would recommend that families or people doing more than 1-3 loads a week get something a bit bigger. However, other than the one repair I really do love this LG All-In-One. Remember if you have a Best Buy in your neighborhood check them out, if they do not have it in stock they can order it for you. Make sure you get the additional warranty so that if something unfortunate occurs you can rest at ease about it being fixed quickly and without additional costs being accrued by yourself. Across the board, I can see getting many more years out of this great LG All-In-One Steam Washer Dryer. If you are single, or a couple with very busy lives this is the way to go, it comes in a pleasing white and fits in most spaces easily. If you are a family, get something that is a bit hardier and will take larger loads.
