Liberals Are Systematically Re-writing the Ten Commandments

Al Gore said that global warming is the number-one moral issue of our time. I disagree, I think that the greatest moral issues haven't changed in 4 millennia. They can be found in the Ten Commandments. Have you noticed that liberals are systematically re-writing the ten commandments.

1)I am the Lord your God
(liberals are taking God out of the classroom, the courtroom, the stateroom, and the public square)

2)Don't worship idols
(top TV show: American Idol - liberals worship money, stuff, celebrity, sex and beautiful people)

3)You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain
(cursing and swearing is the new vernacular of the left)

4)Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.
(Sabbath now is for partying rather than praying and resting)

5)Honor your father and your mother.
(kids know better than their parents - the government and the schools are in charge of your children - parents are not allowed to discipline their children but children can have their parents arrested)

6)You shall not murder
(unless you call it abortion or euthanasia)

7)You shall not commit adultery
(anything goes between consenting adults)

8) You shall not steal
(the government can steal your money and give it to others)

9)You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.
(lying about sex is OK, everyone does it)

10)You shall not covet your neighbor's house, wife, servants, etc.
(we need to tax the rich - it is unfair that a minority of people have most of the stuff)
